Propagation:
Cobra ferns are propagated by spores. When the spore falls to the ground, it will grow into a new plant. Cobra ferns should be planted in a mixture of peat moss and sand. They need to be planted in a warm, humid place. To get the new plants to grow, the combination of peat moss, sand and water should be kept at a temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit for four weeks. After this time, the temperature can be lowered to 65 degrees and the new fern will grow.
